Music apps are such a thing that people are making movies about the people who make them.
Granted, this film is only about three minutes long, and it’s a fairly one-sided, glowing tribute, but still — it’s neat to learn more about the man partially behind one of the most successful music app developers of all time, Smule.
We especially appreciated hearing over 4,000 people sing along to “Lean On Me” in support of the survivors of last year’s Japanese tsunami. It’s a great demonstration of how the world has changed since the celebrity-spawned “We Are The World“… because now, we really are.
